No mass production — each piece is made to order and shaped by hand at the Phoenix bench. Art Glass Technique ZongGlass art glass pipes use colour work techniques — including fuming, frit, dichroic glass, and colour overlay — applied during the blowing process. The colour is integral to the glass, not a surface coating. Depending on the technique, the piece may shift colour in different lighting conditions, develop colour change with use, or display complex internal colour depth not visible in flat product photography. Borosilicate Glass All ZongGlass art pipes are made from borosilicate glass. Heat-resistant, chemically inert, and the correct material for functional glass pipes that will be used regularly.
